Granthium Automation is a startup founded by managers, engineers & technicians having more than 100 years of combined experience in electrical & automation industries.
Our core purpose of establishment is to provide advanced technological solutions and services to industries at a faster pace and at affordable costs. Our focus remains on Industry 4.0 solutions for small to medium size industries in various verticals, wherein customers can benefit from leveraging our IIoT solutions to reduce costs and increase productivity and availability of their assets.
Our team includes a project manager having more than 20 years of experience in automation systems engineering, assembly, site installation, testing and commissioning besides managing small to medium size integrated EPC projects. Our engineers, supervisors, technicians have several years of a proven track record delivering successful projects in Power, Water, Oil & Gas industries.
Our cabinet assembly and testing facility at Mussafah Industrial area, Abu Dhabi is fully equipped to assemble control cabinets & LV switchboards. Services includes assembly, internal testing, staging, simulation, FAT & IFAT for control cabinets. All cabinets undergo stringent quality control processes specified by industry standards before dispatch to customer.
With business partner’s staff and our team comprised of experienced engineers, supervisor, technicians, we can deploy upto 40 highly experienced E&I technicians on short notice.
Facility
Our 1500 sq. ft cabinet assembly facility at Mussafah Industrial area, Abu Dhabi is fully equipped to assemble & test control cabinets & switchboards including staging & FAT. The capacity of facility to build 30-35 free standing control cabinets including staging & testing. Also included is a dedicated air-conditioned FAT room for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of control systems with customers.
